Cookie Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-15

Scope and operator

Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Netesov, based in Moscow, Russia, operates Well-Clean. Questions about this policy can be sent through +7-495-142-00-62; Telegram: https://t.me/welldone_chat_bot.

This policy applies to the English marketing pages on well-clean.online. It covers cookies and similar browser storage or access technologies, including local storage, identifiers and pixels. It does not say that the separate web panel, mobile app or Russian-language pages use the same consent gate. Visiting those environments can involve different storage and data flows.

The Privacy Notice explains website purposes, recipients and requests. Reading this policy or accepting the Terms does not authorise optional analytics or embedded support.

Current choices

Optional analytics, first-acquisition attribution and embedded support are currently unavailable on the English marketing pages. They are disabled while their separate provider and international-processing review is incomplete. An earlier stored allow choice does not override this disabled state. The settings control explains the unavailable state and allows optional choices to be rejected.

If optional services are enabled after review, Allow optional, Reject optional and Choose settings provide the choices. Choose settings lets you select analytics and support separately. Rejecting them does not prevent reading the English marketing content or following its registration link. Closing a notice, scrolling or continuing to another page is not acceptance.

Open to review the controls. We treat an acceptance or rejection as valid for up to 180 days, unless you change it or a material change requires a new choice. Local storage has no automatic clock-based expiry. The control removes an accessible expired or invalid preference record when it next reads it on an English page; without another visit, the stored text can remain longer until browser storage is cleared. We do not use the preference record as an advertising identifier.

What optional activation would cover

After the required review and a new or valid analytics choice, the configured English-page analytics can send pageview and specifically instrumented interaction events to PostHog and Yandex Metrica counter 96676341. These support aggregate reports about website use. Source events can still contain identifiers, page and browser/device information; aggregate reports do not make every source event anonymous. English-site session replay, Yandex Webvisor and automatic interaction capture are disabled. Legacy Yandex counter 42415274 is not enabled on these English pages.

The separate support choice would allow the embedded chat component to load and create a session. The component can send a session identifier, an optional name, connection metadata and messages to the support relay. It is separate from analytics. A direct external support link opens the service you choose to visit and its own rules; it does not enable the embedded component on this website.

Storage and disabled optional routes

English-site storage and reviewed routes
ItemPurpose and recipientCurrent state and duration
pll_language, first-party cookieRemember the selected website language.Available without an optional choice as a language preference. The current language component configures expiry up to one year, with site-wide path, Secure and SameSite=Lax.
wc_en_privacy_v1, local storageRemember the version, time and analytics/support choices in the English-site control.Necessary preference state when a choice is saved. A choice is valid for up to 180 days; an accessible expired or invalid record is removed on the next read, rather than by an automatic browser timer. Missing, invalid or expired data never grant permission.
wc_first_acquisition_v1, cookieRemember the permitted entry page, time, referring origin and limited campaign values for attribution.Disabled for this English release. If enabled after review and analytics permission, the configured duration is up to 90 days and the domain can cover .well-clean.online. Withdrawal also addresses the parent-domain copy.
PostHog analytics identifiers and event storageWebsite measurement through panel.well-clean.online/ph to PostHog US Cloud. The proxy is not an EU-storage assurance.Disabled. Before activation, actual SDK identifiers, provider agreement, processing countries, retention and safeguards must be confirmed. The 180-day preference period is not a duration for vendor records.
Yandex Metrica identifiers and storagePage and explicitly instrumented event measurement for counter 96676341, including requests to mc.yandex.ru.Disabled. Provider entity, countries, cookie inventory and retention require confirmation before activation. Webvisor remains off.
Support storage, including tg-chat-session-id and an optional tg-chat-user-nameContinue a requested chat through tg-bot.welldone.su. A loaded component can create a session or open a live connection.Embedded component disabled. Hosting, recipients, history retention and applicable safeguards require confirmation before activation.
Technical page and external-resource requestsWebsite hosting, code.jquery.com libraries and s0.wp.com fonts can receive request metadata. Some content templates can use other font or library hosts. These delivery requests can occur without an analytics cookie. They do not authorise measurement storage or imply that every listed route is used on every English page.

This is a bounded inventory, not permission to add a vendor. Our own controller-side analytics and support require a confirmed processing basis and, where international-transfer rules apply, the mechanism, assessment and safeguards for the actual route before activation. A visitor choice does not replace that review or constitute explicit consent to a transfer derogation. Customer-work DPA arrangements are separate.

The recipient and subprocessor review inventory identifies unconfirmed provider and location facts. Contact +7-495-142-00-62; Telegram: https://t.me/welldone_chat_bot about a particular route and, where applicable, its mechanism and how to obtain a copy of safeguards. This policy does not claim that an unverified transfer contract has been signed.

Withdrawal and browser signals

Turning a category off stops future optional loading for that category on the English pages. When a previously enabled component is active, the controls stop it, remove known accessible first-party analytics/support artifacts and reload the page to stop its connections. This can close an embedded chat. It does not recall a message already sent or automatically erase vendor-side records.

The website cannot delete unrelated-domain cookies or browser storage it cannot access. You can also clear stored data through your browser controls. Direct a request about server-side records to +7-495-142-00-62; Telegram: https://t.me/welldone_chat_bot.

Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps optional analytics off on the English pages, including when a previous local choice allowed it. Absence of a signal is not consent. This product rule does not assert that the signals have identical legal effects everywhere; applicable US sale/share opt-out duties require their own assessment.

Other pages and services

The panel, mobile app and Russian pages have separate processing. A Russian-page visit can load components outside this English-page gate. An English rejection does not control those environments. Requested PDF, registration, account or payment functions require their own information; they are not covered by an analytics exemption or approved by publishing this policy.

Changes to purposes or vendors require review of the information and choices before loading them. We will revise the effective date when this policy materially changes.
