This notice covers the English marketing pages of well-clean.online and enquiries about those pages. We determine the purposes of this website processing and act as controller where that concept applies. The separate web panel, mobile app, account administration and an organisation's worker and work records are outside this website notice. Their processing requires the information and agreements applicable to those services.
The English-page controls described in the Cookie Policy do not control the panel, mobile app, Russian-language pages or a third-party service you choose to visit. An English-page choice is not tracking consent for those environments.

Optional PostHog/Yandex website analytics, first-acquisition attribution and embedded support are currently unavailable on the English marketing pages. They remain disabled while their separate provider and international-processing review is incomplete, even if an earlier browser preference allowed them. The Cookie Policy identifies these disabled routes and the conditions for any future activation.
Please send only information needed for an enquiry. Without a reply channel, we cannot answer you. Reading the English marketing pages does not require optional analytics or an embedded chat. Following a registration link does not itself authorise optional marketing, a paid subscription or a bank-card charge.
Recipients and international processing
Website hosting, authorised people handling enquiries and external-resource hosts can receive information needed for those functions. The current website uses Timeweb hosting, resources from code.jquery.com and font resources at s0.wp.com. Some content templates can request additional font or library resources identified in the recipient and subprocessor review inventory. This does not mean that every listed host receives every visit. We can disclose information when a binding legal requirement applies or when needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, subject to applicable law.
The operator is based in Russia. Website delivery and a message sent to our published channels can involve processing in Russia and other countries. The review inventory distinguishes observed routes from unconfirmed contracting entities, backup, access and onward-processing countries. We do not promise EU-, EEA-, UK-, Swiss- or US-only processing, or represent that standard contractual clauses, a data privacy framework certification or a European representative have been put in place.
Publishing this notice does not complete the legal assessment of every international route. Before any optional website analytics or support vendor is enabled, its actual recipients, countries, processing basis and, where required, transfer mechanism, assessment and safeguards must be confirmed. A visitor's optional choice does not replace those arrangements or constitute explicit consent to an international-transfer derogation. A customer-work DPA does not authorise these independent website purposes.

Retention
The English-site preference choice is valid for up to 180 days. Local storage has no automatic clock-based expiry: an accessible expired or invalid record is removed when the English-page control next reads it, and can remain physically stored until that read or browser clearing. The Cookie Policy explains this distinction.
Website technical records are retained according to their delivery, fault-investigation and security purpose, unresolved incidents and applicable preservation duties. Enquiry correspondence is retained for the open request and necessary follow-up, or longer where an unresolved dispute, legal record-keeping duty or legal claim requires it. Provider copies and backups depend on the relevant provider's arrangements; deleting a live record does not establish that every copy has been erased.

Choices, requests and complaints
You can open to review the English-site controls. Optional categories remain unavailable while their review is incomplete. Where consent-based processing is later enabled, consent can be withdrawn for future processing; withdrawal does not undo processing lawful before withdrawal.
Depending on the applicable law and basis, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy. Rights have legal conditions and exceptions. We can ask for proportionate information to verify identity or authority and will handle requests within the applicable time limits. We do not promise automatic complete export or erasure through a website button.

California and other US rights apply only where their legal requirements are met; this notice is not certification of compliance with every US state's law. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps optional analytics off on the English pages, including against a previous local allow choice.
You can complain to the authority competent under applicable law. For EEA matters, this can be the authority where you live, work or consider an infringement occurred. UK matters can be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office; Swiss matters can be raised with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Contacting us first is welcome but does not remove a right to complain.
Accounts, children and changes
Well-Clean is intended for organisations and their authorised workers, rather than services directed to children under 13. Do not send health information, information about children or family members, biometric-identification data, criminal-offence data or other specially protected content in a website enquiry. The Terms of Service address the service and its use restrictions. The Data Processing Addendum is an unexecuted customer template requiring separate acceptance and completed arrangements. Publishing these website documents does not approve international customer work-data processing or medical compliance.
No online service can promise absolute security. This notice is not a security certification or service-level agreement. We will revise the effective date and give notice appropriate to a material change. A new optional purpose is not authorised by an earlier choice.
