Terms of Service
These Terms do not create a paid subscription or authorise a payment.
Effective date: 2026-10-15
Provider and business use
Well-Clean is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Netesov, based in Moscow, Russia. Registration details: Taxpayer ID (INN): 502805882183; State registration number (OGRNIP): 321508100080669. Contact +7-495-142-00-62; Telegram: https://t.me/welldone_chat_bot about the service or +7-495-142-00-62; Telegram: https://t.me/welldone_chat_bot about personal data.
Well-Clean is intended for organisations and their authorised workers. A person accepting an agreement for an organisation must have authority to bind it. Workers use the access and permissions granted by that organisation. These Terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
A separate written agreement accepted by the parties takes priority for the subjects it expressly addresses. The Privacy Notice explains English marketing website data handling; optional English-site storage choices are described in the Cookie Policy. Reading those documents is not optional-tracking consent.
Free evaluation and any later paid service
The advertised monthly plan is US$20 per property per month. The first month is free, with no bank card required for that evaluation. These English marketing pages do not collect card details or authorise an automatic charge when the evaluation ends.
Paid service is arranged separately inside the web-panel account. A selected paid monthly subscription uses automatic monthly recurring charges only after the customer affirmatively accepts that paid plan and recurring payment method in the panel. Starting or completing the free evaluation alone does not select a paid plan, supply a payment method or authorise a charge. This website does not provide a payment checkout. If the account does not yet present a paid offer, these Terms do not enable paid billing.
Before paid acceptance or collection of payment details, the panel offer must disclose the final price, currency, applicable taxes, included scope, recurring billing period, cancellation method and other material payment terms. Do not provide a payment method or accept a paid plan without that information. Applicable taxes and any refund or notice rules are those disclosed with the paid offer or required by law.
For a paid subscription, request cancellation before the next monthly renewal through the panel where that function is available, or through +7-495-142-00-62; Telegram: https://t.me/welldone_chat_bot. The paid offer must explain when cancellation takes effect and what access remains. Stopping use alone is not a cancellation request, and these Terms do not promise continued service indefinitely after cancellation.
Account-specific evaluation dates and available functions must be shown in the account. Do not treat a website statement as a promise that records will automatically become read-only, be deleted or remain available for a particular period when the evaluation ends. Ask +7-495-142-00-62; Telegram: https://t.me/welldone_chat_bot before relying on continued access.
Service and authorised users
Well-Clean provides tools for creating and assigning work tasks and checklists, recording answers, and reviewing results with the recorded author and time. A task can request a photograph where that function is available. The organisation chooses its task content, schedules, users and permissions.
Keep account information accurate, protect credentials, use individual authorised access where available and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. The organisation is responsible for inviting and removing its users and ensuring they have authority to submit and view the relevant content.
Feature availability depends on the account and the particular application. These Terms do not promise offline operation, geolocation, biometric verification, support for every device or country, uninterrupted availability, or a support response time that has not been separately agreed.
Support is available through +7-495-142-00-62; Telegram: https://t.me/welldone_chat_bot and any support channels identified in the account. The embedded English-website chat is currently unavailable. You can use the published support channels without enabling that component.
Customer content and acceptable use
The customer retains its rights in the tasks, answers, photographs and other content it provides. It gives us the limited permission needed to host, transmit, display, back up and otherwise process that content to provide the agreed service on its instructions. This is not a transfer of ownership or a general licence to use work content for advertising.
The customer must have the required rights and legal grounds for its content and workplace use. It must inform affected workers, establish appropriate permissions and comply with applicable employment, monitoring, privacy and record-keeping rules. The customer's responsibilities do not excuse our own legal obligations.
Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, unauthorised disclosure, security attacks, credential sharing that defeats access controls or infringement of another person's rights. Do not upload malicious files or attempt to access another organisation's records.
Health and medical-examination fields, free text and photographs can contain specially protected data. Their technical availability is not permission to use them in every country. Health information, information about family members or children, biometric-identification data, criminal-offence data and comparable sensitive content require a separate express written agreement and all applicable lawful conditions before submission. These Terms do not provide a medical-data processing agreement or promise regulatory certification.
Well-Clean's software, website and service materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Use them only for the agreed business purpose; do not claim ownership of our software merely because you use the service.
Personal data and international use
The customer normally determines the purpose of processing its worker and work content; we process it on its documented instructions. We act for our own purposes for website and business-contact processing; account administration has its own service context. The website Privacy Notice is limited to its stated scope, and the final service information and agreement must reflect the actual roles.
A data processing agreement must be concluded where required before customer processing begins. Our Data Processing Addendum is an unexecuted review draft until the parties complete and accept the necessary arrangements. A link to it does not execute it.
EEA, UK or Swiss customer work data must not be submitted until the processing locations, security and retention arrangements, provider agreements and any required international-transfer safeguards have been confirmed. These documents do not represent that an EU or UK representative, standard contractual clauses or an international certification are already in place. See the recipient and subprocessor review list.
Access, records and ending use
You can stop using the website. An organisation can ask +7-495-142-00-62; Telegram: https://t.me/welldone_chat_bot to close its evaluation or discuss ending its account. Stopping use does not itself erase work records or cancel a separately accepted paid subscription. Use the cancellation route described above and the material conditions disclosed with the paid offer.
Access can be restricted where reasonably necessary to address a security incident, unlawful use, a binding legal requirement or expiry of the agreed access period. Where feasible and lawful, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve the issue. No fixed restoration period is promised by these Terms.
Before relying on the service as the only copy of required business records, agree the available export, return and retention arrangements. Individual PDF or spreadsheet reports are not a promise of a complete account or data-subject export. Archiving a task, an expired login token, an unsubscribe action and the end of the first month do not prove that all records or backups have been deleted.
Deletion or return requests are assessed with the responsible organisation, applicable law and the agreed processing instructions. There is no automatic complete-erasure promise or guaranteed backup-deletion date in these Terms.
Responsibilities, disputes and changes
The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of its checklists, the actual performance of work, the review of results and compliance decisions. A completed electronic record does not establish that work was correctly performed or that an inspector will accept the record. Well-Clean does not guarantee avoidance of fines, compliance with every health or safety rule or any particular financial result.
We must perform our own obligations under the applicable agreement and law. No statement here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights arising under applicable data protection law. An additional warranty, service level, contractual financial liability cap or arbitration agreement applies only if the parties expressly agree to it and applicable law permits it.
Raise a service dispute with +7-495-142-00-62; Telegram: https://t.me/welldone_chat_bot and a personal-data concern with +7-495-142-00-62; Telegram: https://t.me/welldone_chat_bot. The parties can seek a resolution without giving up access to a competent court, regulator or other mandatory remedy. Governing law and jurisdiction are determined under the applicable legal rules unless the parties make a valid separate agreement.
We will identify material changes with a revised effective date and appropriate notice. Changes do not retrospectively authorise a charge, new data-processing purpose or optional tracking. A material new paid offer requires its own prior terms and agreement.
